- Digital Television
- (DTV), a system for broadcasting and receiving video and sound by means of digital signals, in contrast to the analog signals used by traditional TV. DTV has the advantage of providing more channels and High Definition Television support but requires replacing or adapting analog television sets. See also ATSC.
